Project Overview
When a clothing showroom owner in Nikunja-2 approached us, he had a clear goal — he wanted his store to feel premium, organised, and trustworthy. A space that would not just display products, but build confidence in his customers the moment they walked in.
That brief became our creative challenge. The result is a showroom that blends practicality with purposeful design — where every surface, shelf, and corner works together to elevate the retail experience.
Our Design Process
At Dera Interior, we never begin construction without making sure the client can fully visualise the outcome. Here’s how we approached this project:
Step 1 — Client Consultation We began by understanding the client’s brand, target customers, budget, and vision. Every detail discussed here shaped the design decisions ahead.
Step 2 — 3D Design Presentation We developed multiple 3D design concepts — covering ceiling treatment, shelving layout, reception area, and wall finishes. The client reviewed each concept and shared feedback.
Step 3 — Revisions & Approval We refined the design through several iterations until the client was fully satisfied and excited. Work only began once the design was completely approved.
Step 4 — Execution Our team implemented the approved design on-site — managing materials, labour, and quality from start to final handover.
Design Highlights
Ceiling Wallpaper The ceiling was treated with decorative wallpaper, adding texture and a sense of completeness to the space — a detail that sets this showroom apart from typical retail interiors.
Plastic Paint on Walls Clean, washable plastic paint was applied across all walls, creating a fresh, neutral backdrop that allows the clothing merchandise to be the focal point.
Metal Frame Display Shelves Custom shelving was built using metal frames with board inserts — durable, modern, and designed to maximise display capacity without cluttering the floor space.
Melamine Board Reception Desk The owner’s workstation and reception counter were crafted from melamine board — a refined, cost-effective material that delivers a professional, built-in look.
The Result
The completed showroom communicates professionalism and quality — the two things that make customers trust a brand. The open layout encourages browsing, the ceiling detail surprises visitors, and the structured shelving keeps everything visually clean.
Most importantly — the client saw his dream space in 3D before we built a single thing. That’s the Dera Interior promise.
