Mrs Sheuly's Home Interior

Project Overview

This project belongs to Mrs. Sheuly, a homeowner from Rayerbazar, Dhaka. Part of her home’s interior had already been executed by another firm. The result looked fine on paper, but in daily life the rooms felt crowded, tight and heavy. Mrs. Sheuly wanted a home that feels open, calm and easy to live in.

That is when she came to Dera Interior. We first studied what was not working: too much furniture and paneling for the space, poor movement between rooms, and lighting that did not support the mood. Instead of tearing everything down, we corrected the layout, simplified the design and gave every room room to breathe.

Our answer was a warm neutral palette of white, soft grey and natural wood, lifted by black marble and stone textures. Arch-shaped wall panels, fluted details and a see-through feature partition separate the spaces without closing them in. Concealed LED lighting and a layered false ceiling now carry the mood from the entrance to the bedrooms.

I had almost accepted that my home would always feel congested. Then Dera Interior stepped in, listened to what bothered me and turned it into a place where I can actually breathe. I am truly happy with the result.

Fix Appointment

Correcting an existing interior needs more care than starting fresh. We worked with what was already in place, kept what still served the home, and redesigned or replaced only what was making the space feel congested.

We used high-quality materials throughout: fluted wall panels, marble-finish surfaces, stone-textured cladding, concrete-finish accent walls, high-gloss wardrobe laminates and solid-look flush doors, along with durable hardware for every cabinet and wardrobe.

The corrective work was completed within 60 days, and Mrs. Sheuly was kept informed at every stage.

Their design impressed me. It is very clear that they put a lot of effort into creating these designs. I was just wondering how they design so beautifully.

Advocate

I gave the job to Dera Interior after understanding their design sense. And I realized at the end of the job that I had given the job to the right people.
